Does Mente work with our existing document management system?
Mente ingests files directly: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, and scanned images. You upload documents or drop them in by folder. Integration with DMS platforms is on the roadmap; ask us about your specific setup.
How does Mente handle attorney-client privilege?
Documents you upload are private to your account and never shared with other customers or used to train shared models. Role-based access controls let you limit which files each seat can view. Your data-processing addendum is available on request.
Can Mente draft contracts or briefs?
Mente can draft structured documents based on your existing templates and data, and can generate formatted PDFs, DOCX, or XLSX exports. All drafts are grounded in your own uploaded files and precedents.
How many seats do we need?
ProAsiste is priced per seat, up to 5 seats per business. Solo practitioners typically use 1-2 seats; small firms up to 5. You'll see current per-seat pricing when you get in touch; for larger practices, reach out and we'll discuss options.
How long does it take to get up and running?
Most practices are uploading documents on day one. Mente starts indexing immediately after upload. Practically useful answers typically appear after the first few dozen documents are ingested.
